Mitthunstead has planted Oats, Rye, Hard Red Wheat, and Hard White Wheat Berries! We look forward to harvest season this fall.

Wheat Berries will be sold whole. Don't have a flour mill? No worries! We will mill it for you to have fresh flour.

Mitthunstead will also be making wheat weather for displays. Farther in the future we look forward into inviting you to learn how to make these yourself if you are interested.

Our goal is to become more independent with what Mitthunstead Grows Makes and shares. Therefore our future goal is to be making most of our products and baked goods from items off our land.

A goal is to get a garden started and a flower cutting garden. However time is not looking to be on our side this year as we have been spending a chunk of our time making sure our Wheat gets planted. If it does not happen this year I will look forward to this next year!

Next Summer we hope to add pigs to our homestead. We wanted to last year and this year.

Looking to the future Mitthuns is planting a few Christmas trees that we hope to create unique experience for a few couples to come have a date experience here at Mitthunstead where most of your evening is taken care of. However this will take time to Grow.

Farther in the future we desire to expand into owning several different types cows and creating this to be apart of Mitthunstead.
